OUR COMPANY PROFILE

We are a Training and Consulting firm engaged in training and consultancy for more than thirty years. We also publish and distribute books on Hospitality Management and Services and on Human Formation. These books are written by our company consultants, mostly by Amelia Roldan. They are now widely used by industry practitioners as well as schools offering Hotel and Restaurant Management Programs in the Philippines and some Asian countries.

Our mission is to help our client companies in the training and career development of their staff and in upgrading their company’s operational systems in a manner that will maximize cost efficiency and profit. Our programs and services are administered by expert hoteliers and consultants with extensive management experience in various deluxe hotels and companies, both in the Philippines and abroad.

Our company is one of the accredited training providers of the Department of Tourism and we have run series of programs under the TOURISM INDUSTRY SKILLS PROGRAM (TISP) in 13 regions of the Philippines. We have run a series of management programs and skills training for tourism frontliners, on topics like Customer Service, Sales/Marketing, Personality Development, Housekeeping, Cost Control, Operationss Management, Leadership, Teambuilding, Food Service, Front Office Operations and other related topics.

As a consulting team, we provide services on product development and marketing, systems upgrading, project outsourcing, and documentation of operations manual. With our technical intervention, many of our client companies were able to recover from their losses, eliminated pilferage and wasteful consumption giving way to a more profitable business
