6. Finishing Course for Students on Practiicum
These programs are desgined for students about to undergo on the
job training as part of their requirements for graduation. But if they
are not fully equipped with the basic skills in service nor guest
relations such that they make costly mistakes and destroy the
reputation of the school thy represent.
​
With these programs,, students are given pre-assessment of their
competency then made to undergo skills upgrading until they are
ready to face customers and render service without committing
costly mistakes.

The programs include
​

​Integrated​ Course of Food Services and Management - in a
restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet with lessons on
customer relations and confidence businding.
-
Intergraded Course on Rooms Division Services - to include
Front Office Operations, Room Sales and Reservations, House-
keeping, Linen and Laundry Service and Guest Relations.
-
Essentials of Commercial Cookery - to include preparations
for culinary operations, basic cooking methods applied to salads,
soups, meat and poultry, seafoods, pasta, and dessert. Also
covers food safety, preparation of stocks and sauce, food presen-
tation and preparation of garnishes, and proper storage of food.
Recipe preparation, costing and pricing are also included.

Package price ranges from P4,000 - P7,000 depending on the chosen
program and duration. The fee includes placement for practicum in
selected industry pratners of AIMS.
​
Program content can be adjusted and customized depending on the
requirements of trainees.
​
These finishing courses are also open for teachers who wish to
upgrade and want actual industry immersion to meet school requirements.
